This is single cavity 5L PE material bottle mould made by steel 718H, surface in sandblast. The mould design the mould structure design within auto-deflashing system which cut the neck and bottom raw material in mould, no need worker to tear off or cut the extra material by hand, save worker cost and production cost, meanawhile improve output and profit for manufacturer, mould in full circle of cooling line around the bottle shape aim to touch good cooling during producing.

Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge, Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
